Hello!
I want to first thank you for allowing me to serve as President and be a part of an organization that not only shares knowledge but allows for friendships to be created within our profession. As one the most active chapters in IALEP, it is YOU – the individual members who motivate, challenge, share and engage each other towards the goal of success for the organization.
I would like to recognize and thank our past board members for their dedication and service for the past years – President Cassie Johnson, Vice President Michael Hakey and Secretary Megan Armstrong. The incoming board will have big shoes to fill as we follow the footsteps of the wonderful leaders in our chapter.
Networking is a part of our industry and this organization has its wealth of knowledge and from this, long term relationships created from the IALEP, has been priceless. Several opportunities will be available throughout the year to meet for certification/education as well as networking with individuals within our industry. I have been a part of the IALEP for many years and networking personally has allowed several opportunities to come my way that otherwise would not have been recognized.
The 2019 IALEP Conference in Cleveland OH is coming up, hope to see you all there!
We will stay focused on remaining as a benefit to our members and also stay current with Industry standards and requirements. Looking forward to a productive successful year and invite each of you to participate, and most important become involved.
